Arrival by air
If you travel by air from Stockholm the destination is Sundsvall airport. (Please visit www.sas.se or www.sundsvallsflyg.se for flight times.) Airport bus from the airport to Härnösand (Sida) is available at certain hours. You can also go by taxi to Sida, Härnösand. The taxi ride takes about 30 minutes and it is preferable to book it in advance. The phone number for Taxi Härnösand is +46 (0) 611 10 000.

Arrival by bus/train
If you arrive by bus or train your destination is Härnösand. If you travel by train, you may need to change to bus transportation in Sundsvall. In that case the bus leaves right outside the station building in direct conjunction with the train and does not need to be booked separately. Simply book your ticket the whole way to Härnösand from the start. Please visit www.sj.se for
train times and www.ybuss.se for long distance bus schedules.

Arrival at Sida Partnership Forum
Please note that the venue is not a hotel. The reception in the main building, where you check in, is open Monday through Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. If you arrive at a different hour, please let us know as soon as possible.

Important! Arriving late to the Forum you will then have to pick up your key card. The key card you will find inside a locker (small box), located on left side of the main entrence of the lodging building Lönnebo (see attached map). The code for the locker will be provided to each participants when accepted for training.

Board and lodging
Our lodging house is called Lönnebo. It is situated next to the main building where the course is held. Guests to the Forum will each have a separate room. Sheets and towels are supplied by the lodging house. The lodging house has two kitchens as well as lounge, laundry-rooms, TV-rooms and a sauna. Breakfast is served for all guests in Lönnebo, Monday through Friday between 7.30 and 8.20 AM. You will receive details about lunch and dinner when the course starts. Please let us know if you have any special food requirements such as being a vegetarian or if you have any allergies.

Electricity
Swedish electricity is 230 volts AC and requires a standard two-pin round continental plug. You may need to bring a transformer or an adapter for your electrical appliances. Upon arrival you will find additional information about your stay in your room, but please don’t hesitate to contact the Forum if you have any additional questions or concerns.
